Services

LevnTech provides web development, mobile app development, SEO, and digital marketing services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in project contracts
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and designs. However, LevnTech retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

LevnTech's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms and conditions are specified in individual project agreements.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, India.
